Time flies.
Really it does. Especially when you have almost zero free time.
That's also the reason why I haven't been able to post here before.
Our days start at around 06:00 and end at around 22:00. We start with sadhana, it basically means cleaning your body and centering your mind which comes down to yoga, breathing exercises and meditation. At 08:00 we then have breakfast.
With such a tight schedule, you experience every day so much more intense than you normally would. I've only been here for a week yet it feels like a month.
I love it though, I've already made alot of friendships here and I sincerely love everyone in here.
Some may say that you can't talk like that about love, that it takes longer to develop or something, but that's a lie. Love is nothing more than a state of mind, and in this kind of enviroment, in which everyone is stress-free and we constantly work together, bonds grow in leaps and bounces.
This little society that we have in the Ashram here, that's what we want to give to the rest of the world. I've learned alot, thinking about it I'm not even gonna write about everything cause then I'd surely miss the yoga tomorrow cause it would take so long!
But I would like to share that I've started to learn how to play the guitar, and I've already given a few rap performances which were much appreciated.
I'm writing new songs in here aswell, I actually found a collegue rapper who wants to make a song with me. There's also talented singers, dancers, musicians, you name it, we can make it big. And we will make it big. I've learned that you should make your goals big, cause then obstacles are easier to overcome in the face of a big goal. And besides that, you wanna move mountains right? Not shift some sands. Live your dream, make it reality.
You can be a realist and an idealist at the same time, be your own authority and work in a steady pace towards your goal.
The founder of the Art of Living started with nothing and is now in charge of one of the biggest NGO's in the world who have people almost everywhere including the UN, IMF and NASA.
Make the impossible possible, if he can do that, then where are the limits? Limits excist only in the mind! When I'm done here, I'm gonna spread the word, become a big rapper and who knows what else. Yes I can, yes we can.
One world, one family.
PS. Bringing Isaac was a golden choice, all the girls dig him. Perfect wingman! Not that you're allowed to do much here in the Ashram, but flirting is like all the other things in life: just make sure you have fun, wether you win or lose. Life aint a winner's game, cause you got it all already. Once you're aware of that fact, nothing can touch your mood.
