After that the biggest desire is sexuality, which doesn't necessarily mean a steady relationship, but just to have sex basically. On a side note, if you look at this analysis, you'll begin to see a pattern in the same order of our chakra system. The bottom chakra is the very basic interest of life, after that is sexuality. Of course as we climb higher and higher on our ladder of desires, assuming we don't get stuck somewhere along the way (see, how pornography leaves most people desperately on the second level of sex), we'll finally begin looking for true love, and ultimately bliss.
However, coming back to the issue of money, it is absolutely necessary to be able to take care of yourself, especially as a man. Because eventually, you'll want to take care of others too, especially your family. Money is important as long as you don't have it, that's why it's important to me. Quite a paradox, but most things in life are. It's like the first stage of a video game; you gotta beat the money level, only then it starts to get hard. Well I'm already having a hard time now, or at least, I have to work hard to earn my money.
Making money for most people is an easy and simple thing. It is the more higher purposes in life that they do not understand, which are in effect, a cause of their misery. With me it's the other way around; I'm starting to understand from a relative young age the important things in life, because I didn't have to concern myself with money since my parents were doing quite well for themselves. On one side that's terrific, on another side it left me with unlearned lessons that most people knew by the age of 16. I call it good karma.
But let's get back to money, because yesterday in the train I was thinking about this situation that happened when I was clubbing in Zagreb. I was out with my girlfriend's brother and a few of his friends. Also a guy nicknamed Badboy, who's a veteran in the art of pickup. So naturally we were all talking about women and how to seduce them, when I said: "You should just get rich, then they'll come running after you". Apparently this wasn't a very proper thing to say, because it would be without love or something like that.
But what is love? Does seducing a woman have anything to do with love? You're just tricking her mind, making her believe she likes you. And of course, most women will adamantly persist in saying they really do like those guys, but it's still not love. In fact, it's just chemicals released in the brain, something we refer to as infatuation. See the dictionary:
–verb (used with object)
1.
2.
to affect with folly; make foolish or fatuous.
Can't be much deeper than a shallow feeling, and that's exactly what it is. Pickup girls is a game of seduction, not of love. So with that in mind, what does it matter whether girls chase you for your game, or for your wallet? Both are superficial, and by extension, meaningless. Love is something to be cultivated after you attract a woman. Which also means, that also the so called gold diggers, might be attracted at first by the riches, but eventually really come to love their husband. Of course this all depends on both individuals, because cultivating love takes some serious self maintenance.
I would look at attraction like a sweet and juicy fruit. Once that fruit is gone, all that's left is the seed. This seed is the seed of love, and you have to make sure you plant it in a good enviroment. What is a good enviroment? An enviroment in which both people know themselves, because ignorant people always project their problems on one another; it's like planting the seed and then complaining why it isn't growing. It is impossible to have a loving relationship when you're both stuck on your own issues. Clearing those up, is like fertilizing the soil in which the seed must grow.
After that it's up to nature to do its job. You don't need to put any effort for the seed to grow, for it is the very essence of the seed to grow, as long as it has the space to grow. Much in the same way we are essentially love, as long as we give ourselves the space to be that love. This is how love is cultivated, and that is what it really is all about.
Game is for guys who don't have a lot of money, money is for guys who don't have game.
I have no game, and I have no money, but I have everything else. Though it will only be worth something once I have the money, so until then I'd say: Money over bullshit.
