Mainz was nice - that rhymes - but it wasn't good enough for us because we had so much trouble getting people to the introduction workshops let alone the yes+ seminar itself. I didn't understand why; I even talked to roughly 70 students at the same time on a mic in a big college room, I got them to laugh and cheer and they were all reaching out for our flyers, yet nobody showed up.
Something was wrong, and it didn't really motivate us to have such small results.
Other than that Mainz was cool; we enjoyed the weather, had a nice dinner with Romas, a guy from Lithuania who was really cool, and I went with Iva to a concert of Goran Bregovic. That name is famous in many places, I myself never heard of the man but his music was awesome. Gypsy music is the bomb!
In Mainz we stayed with Nenad, a guy from Croatia who was very nice to us. He would even buy us Nutella! I played some chess with him, won one, lost one, like anything in life. One day his nephew came over and apparently he was into hip hop music. So I let him listen to some of my stuff and he liked it! It's always nice to hear people liking your stuff, although I also care alot about criticism. Thing is, most people don't know how to criticize; they say something but then you still don't know anything. I value the opinions of people who actually formed their opinion, other than that; not so much.
I've been writing a new song: Swag, Cash & Bitchez. You can guess what's it about. However, we all know that it's about how you bring it; not what you say. It's a parody about the hip hop scene, that is the commercial hip hop scene. I make a statement by going over the top into this horrible habit of talking about unimportant stuff such as swag, cash & bitchez. I like to use humour because it allows me to pretty much say anything I want under the motto of educational sarcasm. But it's not just an excuse; it's really just who I am. Besides, it makes it more fun too. Like the Joker said: "why so serious?". Just play along and make your point, most important is when you do things in life, that it gives you something positive. It's so stupid to make a fool out of yourself by getting angry like so many people do; just chill man!
I used to like going into arguments, and I still have this tendency when I'm not paying attention to my mind. But it's so much more fun to not return the ball harder, but instead just letting it go past you, out of the field. And then the judge goes "out!" and you're like "haha" and the other guy smacks his racket to the floor. Life is like playing tennis, just chill, let the other one do the running. And when the game starts heatening up, you just let the other guy smash the ball out of the court. Trust me, that takes alot less energy and you get a better result.
In social context we call this AMOGing, but I'm not gonna dive into that. If you wanna know what I'm talking about just type it into google and you'll have your answer within minutes. Don't you love the internet? Thanks to the internet you can read this stuff! Imagine we would go back into a Dark Age now...Oooh! So scary.
There's advantages of a Dark Age though. For one, I would be able to start my own city somewhere or just take over another city. Make your own rules and your own law. Wow! So cool. I would give all my people cash so they can buy all they need. Then the point is to make swag by looking good and doing cool stuff, like being nice to others. Feedback like "man you're the coolest dude ever" gets you swag, lots of swag. When you attain swag, the bitchez will come. Then you get laid, and then you're made. Welcome to swag, cash & bitchez; home of hip hotopia.
Oh and by the way, today the Yes+ course will start in Frankfurt, the financial capital of Germany. We moved from Mainz to Frankfurt because this town has more cash and in the Art of Living we're going after the money! Not really, but in Frankfurt we had more success getting people to our wonderful seminar so we come! Yes+ reloaded.
