Intellect is a blessing, if you can put it in harmony with values. There is no such thing as a golden skill that will make everything else obsolete. First, you need values, after that, everything will come naturally and will be in harmony. Knowing the values is not the same as living them though. Nothing new, but still applicable. For me that is.
Like this job my doctor gave me. It was a very simple job, I didn't really know how long it would take me to do, but I ended up postphoning it for days! Then just a minute ago, I decided lets get this over with. Turns out it took me about 2 minutes. This is something I find hard to understand; why do I wait so long with stuff that takes 2 minutes to finish? I can occupy myself for hours before I do the things that take minutes!
The thing is, when I'm focused, I can work really fast. I like fast and precise, this is possible when focused. Rushing is not the same, that is too fast, because it will stop being precise at that point. Then you have to backtrack, do it over again, and you'll end up putting more time into it even though you were rushing in order to save time!
If I do all the important things first, I will be so succesful, like owning the world in 5 years, and with that I mean my world. So what is it? Values. Live them!
