I'm gonna rock this town I tell ya. Next saturday we'll have a follow up with the people from the last yes+ course, in which we'll have a lot of fun, and I'll inspire them to get some people for the next course. After a lot of fuss, I finally managed to get myself a proper flyer design that's also got the right sizes; it was such a pain to get it right, I just couldn't do it. So today I went to a copy shop and asked if they could do it for me. The result is a cool, trendy, vibrant flyer for Steven's awesome mini-yoga workshops! It's even free, that includes the awesomeness.
I don't have too much time now, because soon there will be people coming and I still have to clean the house a bit. I just wanted to say that I've been on raw food for a few days now, or at least mostly raw food (couldn't say no to a piece of home made Dresdener cake!) and it's been really good so far. It amazes me that as much as I can eat on a day, I can also do the opposite of having 2 meals; one smoothie, one salad. It's great because I don't feel hungry, yet I feel light.
Anyway, I still need to find myself a new supermarket because it's a piece of crap where I am at. I went to this small store today, thinking they would have some organic veggies and fruits, but no! I already knew it when I saw it a was a chinese guy, they only think about profits! The woman at the counter said "no we only have normal foods" yea right! Normal as in: soaked in chemicals. But it's still better than eating non organic non raw food, so for next time I'll be on the lookout for a new place to go to.
Hey, don't drool at that flyer, listen to this: David Icke's book called 'Love is the only truth - everything else is an illusion' is really interesting! I love this guy, he actually gives me some deep information to think about. No offence to Sri Sri, but wisdom is not enough for my brain amidst all the bullshit around us. I can't help but wonder why he never talks about these things, because he knows, for sure. Anyway, he'll probably have his reasons, but in the mean time, I would like to know the truth. Or at least, read stuff that will bring me closer to finding the truth. What truth? That almost everything we dare call truth are illusions! Seeing is not believing, it's the other way around. I knew this, but it goes to a far bigger extent than you can imagine. It is the art of becoming the observer.
Anyway, this guy can explain these things much better than me, so if you're even slightly interested I really do recommend to buy this quality piece of literature. Fuck the fiction, you don't need a book for that; it's all around you!
